Gives the findings of an exercise to evaluate the effectiveness of this three-plant layout and describes in detail a proposed hybrid plant combining gas-cooling, thermal energy storage and cogeneration (to produce on-site electrical power from waste heat) to serve all three buildings as one with heating, steam, chilled water and peak electrical power.
