The Vodafone call centre in Hobart (Australia) has been described as the leading purpose-built call centre in Australia. Consulting HVAC engineers, Johnstone McGee & Gandy (JMG) took an innovative approach to the building's HVAC design, using geothermal heating and cooling, displacement ventilation via a "cooled" underfloor plenum and customised control functions.
