Summary
Cooling floors are no longer in competition with air-conditioning systems! Cooling/heating floors have become a packaged solution for use in new individual housing. Manufacturers of generators and tubes have joined forces in order to offer package deals and are receiving support from Electricité de France (EDF) in order to secure financing and provide comfort based on electrical systems.
