Summary

IT IS SHOWN THAT THE RIDEL SINGULARITY IN THE AMPLITUDE OF A SUPERCONDUCTING CURRENT IN SUPERCONDUCTOR-SEMICONDUCTOR-SUPERCONDUCTOR JUNCTIONS IS APPRECIABLY AMPLIFIED AS THE RESULT OF A RESONANCE MECHANISM OF MOVEMENT OF COHERENT ELECTRONS ALONG SPECIFIC TRAJECTORIES WITH PERIODICALLY DISTRIBUTED IMPURITIES. IN THE ASYMMETRIC CASE THE MECHANISM LEADS TO THE APPEARANCE OF NEW SINGULARITIES ON EQUALITY OF THE VOLTAGES ON EACH OF THE BOUNDARIES BETWEEN THE SEMICONDUCTOR AND SUPERCONDUCTORS TO CORRESPONDING GAP VALUES.
