IIR documentSummary
The different approaches for customers and factories in industrial refrigeration are described. Here exemplified with units for sub-critical CO2 systems. A short introduction to cost parameters material, wages and electricity are given and some examples of historical changes. The last 30 years the ratio between the main costs has changed. The cost of people has risen more than the other costs. With a growing possibility to transport goods over long distances larger regional view and sometimes even a global view has become a necessity. The transportable custom tailored machine room fits well into this environment.
