Summary
In the study, the energy consumption for both air conditioning systems and hot water supply systems in buildings is analyzed by actual energy data of buildings in Tokyo which are supplied from district heating and cooling systems. The cooling load is affected by not only outdoor air temperature but also national economic trends. Various weather factors are considered: outdoor air temperature, humidity ratio, solar radiation through the windows, and nocturnal radiation.
