Summary
Short- and long-term prediction methods of cooling water loads, using the Kalman filters. The short-term method predicts loads 30 minutes in advance by using the difference between present loads and those of one week before, as well as temperature and absolute humidity. The long-term method predicts hourly loads of the following day.
