Summary

THE BASIC DATA WERE DETERMINED FOR SETTING TEMPERATURE AND MOISTURE PATTERNS FOR LONG-TERM STORAGE OF ROOTED HOP CUTTINGS IN REFRIGERATION. THE VALUES FOUND WERE: BETWEEN 275 AND 277 K (2 AND 4 DEG C) AND BETWEEN 93 AND 98% (RELATIVE HUMIDITY EVAPORATION, HOWEVER, WAS FOUND TO BE INFLUENCED SIGNIFICANTLY BY THE PHYSIOLOGICAL STATE OF THE ROOTED CUTTINGS.
