Summary

This hermetic scroll compressor is called hybrid because of the fact that suction and discharge lines are changed according to cooling or heating mode, thanks to a four-way valve; this valve allows the suction gas to flow through the motor chamber before suction (heating mode) and allows the discharge gas to flow through the motor chamber before the condenser (cooling mode).
