Development of an independent glass-fibre reinforced plastic cryostat.
Entwicklung eines lageunabhängigen Kryostaten aus GFK.

Summary
For the non-destructive checking of air-plane sections, recently the eddy current inspection technology by means of SQUIDs has been used. A condition for operating with this method is reliable cooling of the SQUIDs on 77 K for the check- and maintenance-time. A possibility is cooling with liquid nitrogen in a specially designed cryostat.
