Development of push-pull ventilation systems.
Author(s) : OLANDER L.
Summary
The paper presents a historical view of the push-pull ventilation system, mainly used in industrial applications to ensure good removal of the pollutants emitted during the industrial processes. A first set of ventilators push the outside air into the building and a second set pulls the polluted air from the inside towards the outside. Examples are given (mainly hoods).
