Summary
The author analyzes various phases and organizations to be considered in order to produce a manual to be used to perform diagnosis in a given refrigerating plant; the diagnosis thus obtained enables improvements to be made, particularly in the field of energy saving. The first phase is "diagnostic methodology"; the second phase is "audit" and is to be performed by one or several experts; and the third phase is "writing of the manual."
