THE UNFREEZABLE WATER RATIO OF LYSOZYME AND OF BOVINE SERUM ALBUMINE WERE DETERMINED IN AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS OF XYLITOL, SORBITOL, GLUCOSE AND SUCROSE.
