Dynamic analysis for a synchronal rotary compressor.

Author(s) : ZHOU H., QU Z. C., YANG H., et al.

Summary

A synchronal rotary compressor is a kind of innovative compressor which can be used as oil pump, gas compressor and refrigerating compressor, etc. On the basis of its structure characteristics, the forces and the moments acting on two of the key working components rotor and cylinder were analyzed, and dynamic models of the two components were established. Moreover, the forces and moments change with shaft rotating angle were simulated for a prototype. The result indicates that the forces and moments acting on the rotor and the cylinder are quite uniform. The experiment was conducted for the synchronal rotary compressor to observe the working performance. The experiment result shows that the machine has lower noise and smaller vibration. The present research would offer a theoretical and experimental foundation for obtaining the dynamic performance of this new developed machine and for reducing friction wear, vibration and noise.
