Summary

The supply of electricity to parked airplanes is today almost standard at all airports, but external systems for air renewal, heating and cooling of the parked airplanes (called PCA systems) can be found in Europe and particularly in Germany only rarely, in spite of the cost advantages and enormous environmental benefits of these systems.
