Summary
Trials carried out on 5 cultivars of lily bulbs enlarged in Italy, showed the influence of storage length and storage temperature on the bulbs flowering. The 9-week length of storage was more effective than temperature to reduce the emergence time of the bulbs. The longest storages at 3 and 6 deg C increased the number of flowers per stem.
