This experiment studied the effect of cardboard and plastic boxes on cold-room precooling and pressure precooling, as well as the effect of different specifications for sweet corns on precooling. The quality of sweet corns between cartons and cartons + PE film after cold-room precooling at 0°C storage is compared.
