Summary

Numerical computations of the flow and thermal fields have been carried out for a two-dimensional model of an offset-fin array in the low Reynolds number range, in which the flow remains steady and laminar. The effect of fin thickness, has been studied changing the fin pitch, fin offset length, fin total depth, and Reynolds number.
