DATA ARE PRESENTED, FOR ONE UNIT ONLY, COMPARING THE HEATING AND COOLING PERFORMANCE OF A SPLIT-SYSTEM HEAT PUMP AT DIFFERENT INDOOR CONDITIONS. VALUES OF SEASONAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY RATIO AND HEATING SEASONAL PERFORMANCE FACTOR ARE NOTED TO HAVE A VERY SMALL DEPENDENCE ON INDOOR HUMIDITY, WHILE SEASONAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY RATIO INCREASED WITH RETURN AIR TEMPERATURE AND HEATING SEASONAL PERFORMANCE FACTOR HAS A NOTABLE DECREASE WITH INCREASED RETURN AIR TEMPERATURE.
