Summary

The effect of annealing in the temperature range corresponding to stage III of recovery, on the superconducting transition temperature and electric resistivity of niobium rolling-strained at 20 K is studied. A nonmonotonous variation of transition temperature is revealed, which corresponds to a two-step decrease in electric resistivity and is attributed to changes in the electron-phonon interaction due to the displacement to the sinks of the vacancy-oxygen complexes and the growth of vacancy-oxygen clusters.
