THE RESEARCHES HAVE BEEN ACCOMPLISHED ON 3 APPLE CULTIVARS GROWN IN 3 DIFFERENT REGIONS, THAT DIFFER FROM THE NUMBER AND THE AGE OF APPLE TREES/HECTAR AND THE IRRIGATION. WHEN PRESERVED AT A CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE ALL THE 3 APPLE CULTIVARS PRESENTED NO IMPORTANT LOSSES. BUT IMPORTANT LOSSES HAVE BEEN NOTICED IN CASE OF COLD STORAGE.
