WHEN PRESERVED AT A CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE ALL THE 3 APPLE CULTIVARS PRESENTED NO IMPORTANT LOSSES. BUT IMPORTANT LOSSES HAVE BEEN NOTICED IN CASE OF COLD STORAGE.
