Author(s) : COTTON I. J., FREEDMAN A. J.
Type of article: Periodical article
Summary
Effective water treatment systems designed to minimise corrosion, deposition and microbiological problems will affect HVAC system performance and are critical to cost-effective operations. The authors review water treatment programs and list them in a table. They then go on to comment on corrosion behaviour of metals and materials, on problems in building water systems, on methods of chemical water treatment monitoring and service programmes.
