Summary

Exergy analysis is used to evaluate the degree of development of thermodynamic energy transfers by the determination of exergy losses. These are at the roots of the process irreversibility for different operating conditions. It contributes to the resolution of many energy saving problems. The objective of this work is the exergy analysis of a drying fish using artificial technology air conditioning systems. The interest of this work is that this method can identify most of the components that consume the most energy and identify opportunities to increase the sophistication thermodynamics of the system while reducing the energy consumption of all installations. The result of the analysis provides a basis for comparing the system with other systems designed for the same or similar purposes, and subsequently improves his level of functioning. Besides, the results of the exergy analysis con solve the issues related to the optimization of operating parameters.
