Efficient use of zeotropic refrigerant mixtures in domestic refrigerators.

Summary

An analysis of efficiency of zeotropic refrigerant mixtures with a significant temperature glide of phase transitions in domestic refrigerators (DR) has been carried out. The expected characteristics of DR running on these refrigerants have been determined. It is shown that these refrigerants make it possible to significantly increase the energy efficiency of DR as compared to their operation on monosubstances. It is shown that the studied ecologically safe refrigerant mixtures can be used in currently produced DR without alteration of compressor design and replacement of oil.
