Summary

THE HEATING OF ELECTRONS WITH RESPECT TO PHONONS IS OBSERVED AND INVESTIGATED IN A THIN SUPERCONDUCTING FILM TRANSFERRED TO THE RESISTIVE STATE BY A CURRENT AND MAGNETIC FIELD. THE EFFECT IS MANIFEST IN AN INCREASE OF THE FILM RESISTANCE BY THE ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION AND IS NONSELECTIVE IN THE FREQUENCY RANGE FROM 10 GIGAHERTZ TO 1 PETAHERTZ.
