Summary
RESISTIVE TRANSITIONS OF THIN SUPERCONDUCTING FILMS OF TRANSITION METALS (VANADIUM, NIOBIUM) ARE STUDIED IN PARALLEL MAGNETIC FIELD IN THE REGION OF STRONG FLUCTUATIONS OF THE ORDER PARAMETER. THE RESULTS OBTAINED ARE TREATED IN TERMS OF THE FLUCTUATION THEORY FOR TWO-DIMENSIONAL SUPERCONDUCTORS.
