Summary

A MODULATING ELECTRONIC CONTROL FOR EACH EVAPORATOR PROVIDES OPTIMAL STORAGE CONDITIONS FOR FOODSTUFFS OF ALL TYPES, SINCE THE MODULATION OF THE EVAPORATOR CAPACITY, AS A FUNCTION OF THE EVAPORATION TEMPERATURE, OPTIMIZES TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY CONDITIONS. THIS CONCEPT WAS ALSO DEVELOPED TO RECORD THE SIGNALS EXPRESSING THE ACTUAL COOLING LOAD OF EACH REFRIGERATED AREA. THUS THE COMPRESSOR CAPACITY IS PERMANENTLY ADAPTED TO THE COOLING LOADS ; AS A CONSEQUENCE, THE POWER ABSORBED BY THE COMPRESSOR IS MINIMAL.
