Summary

THIS STUDY PRESENTS EARTH HEAT EXCHANGERS CONSISTING OF HORIZONTAL PIPES BURIED AT A DEPTH OF Z. BY USING THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF INGERSOLL-PENROD-VON CUBE, INFORMATION CAN BE INFERRED TO THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE HEAT SUBTRACTED FROM THE SYSTEM AT THE INTERFACE EXCHANGER-SOIL, THE HEAT SUPPLIED TO THE SYSTEM VIA THE AIR, THE ENERGY SUBTRACTED FROM THE SOIL. A RULE DETERMINES THE DEPTH Z OF THE EXCHANGER. IT IS SUGGESTED THAT THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF EXTRACTING AND INJECTING HEAT AT TWO DIFFERENT LEVELS.
