ENERGY MANAGEMENT IN BUILDINGS EXISTS IN EACH PHASE OF A BUILDING DESIGN AND USE. IT BEGINS WITH THE DESIGN PROCESS REGARDING YUGOSLAV STANDARDS FOR SPECIFIC HEAT LOSSESAND OTHER THERMAL CHARACTERISTICS.
