Energy saving as a target.
Les économies d'énergie en point de mire.
Author(s) : SAPPA F.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Air conditioning houses and residential buildings constitutes a fast-growing market: 40% over the 2003-2004 period. The perception of this equipment is slowly winning over users and contractors. Training courses are being implemented for contractors, who are then approved by the Prefect (this approval is necessary in France to install refrigerating equipment). With regards to regulations, strengthened requirements are added to the RT 2000, which will, hence, become RT 2005. Architects and manufacturers will follow these evolutions closely.
