Summary

TEMPERATURE VARIATION TO DIFFERENT COMPRESSING PRESSURES OF STEEL BARS DISPOSED IN HEXAGONAL GEOMETRY IS EXAMINED. THE EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS ARE COMPARED WITH THE VALUES CALCULATED UTILIZING MATHEMATICAL MODES EXPLAINED IN PREVIOUS PAPERS AND A GOOD CORRELATION IS VERIFIED. AN EMPIRICAL EXPRESSION FOR THE CABLES EQUIVALENT CONDUCTIVITY DETERMINATION CHANGING PRESSURE AND ROUGHNESS IS SUPPLIED.
