Summary

NEW FORMULAE HAVE BEEN DERIVED FOR INDICATING THE PERCENTAGE ERROR IN MEASURING THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY BY THE DIFFERENTIAL, DIFFERENCE AND INTEGRATED METHODS. COMPARISONS ARE MADE OF THE MEASUREMENT ERRORS ARISING WHEN USING THESE METHODS. A DESCRIPTION OF THESE METHODS FOR MEASURING THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF METALS AND THERMAL INSULATION AT LOW TEMPERATURES.
