Type of article: Article

Summary

THIS PAPER INCLUDES THE RESULTS OF MEASUREMENTS OF THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF SILVER METALLIZED MICROSPHERES FOR THREE DIFFERENT METALLIZED CONCENTRATIONS OF 0, 7 AND 32% BETWEEN 77 AND 300 K. THE COMBINED RESULTS PROVE THE ASSUMED DIMINISHING OF THE RADIATION COMPONENT OF HEAT TRANSPORT CAUSED BY METALLIZATION. THE GROWTH OF THE CONDUCTION COMPONENT IS OBSERVED SIMULTANEOUSLY.
