Evaporating pressure control in pump circulation systems.

Verdamperdrukregeling in pompsystemen.

Author(s) : HEININGEN K. van

Type of article: Article

Summary

Two externally controlled evaporator pressure control systems are compared. Both principles are applied in pump circulation systems, most of the time to control air outlet or exiting liquid temperature. For simplicity reasons (less variables), the comparison is made for a pump system with liquid overfeed. Which principle can be used for the best depends on the process conditions and the allowable deviation from the set value.
