Experimental and numerical investigation of temperature distribution in a room equipped with displacement ventilation.
Author(s) : STANKOV P., DENEV J., BARTAK M., et al.
Summary
The paper deals with the assessment of results from an improved form of the standard model for buoyant room flows. This improved model is based on the generalized gradient diffusion hypothesis of Daly and Harlow (1970). Results from the computations for three-dimensional flow are compared with temperature measurements performed by the authors in a laboratory room with displacement ventilation.
