Summary

Experimental data of the water vapour permeability of a largely employed building material, like gypsum board, are presented. The aim of the paper is the comparison of the experimental values obtained by the same apparatus but working both with the wet and with the dry cup method. Moreover, the measurements obtained by using the dry cup have been carried out in two different conditions of relative humidity reproducing situations of practical interest.
