Summary
Direct contact ice slurry system has high efficiency of heat exchange, but it often leads to ice barrier phenomenon and reduces the fluidity. This paper chooses several kinds of additives (glycol and surfactant), on which the research is based on. It can be found that surfactant with glycol added can overcome the problem effectively.
