Summary
Several start-ups of an industrial liquid chiller using R407C have been performed in order to determine evaporator dynamic parameters. The authors present their observations and explain the transient behaviour of the chiller and the evaporator. Moreover, they study the evolution of the zeotropic refrigerant mixture R407C during shutdown and start-up.
