Summary

The article proposes a cascade control method with the temperature and humidity controlled separately based on the existing DC inverter constant temperature and humidity air conditioning unit with condensing heat recovery. To verify the feasibility, tests the control effect of the temperature and humidity of the unit outlet air and the controlled room. The results show that the air conditioning unit with the cascade control method can meet the requirements of test conditions well. The temperature control accuracy of processed air is ± o.2 °C with the moisture content being ± o. 2 g/kg. and the indoor temperature control accuracy is ± 0.04 °C with the dewing temperature being ± 0.02 g/kg.
