Summary

In recent years, indoor volatile organic compounds and formaldehyde originating from interior finishing materials has come to the fore as a social problem, in Japan, because of its adverse effect on health of occupants. The authors carried out experiments in order to investigate the influence of the substances from the interior finishing materials on the quality of indoor air.
