Summary

CO2 is a crucial issue in breweries: the fermentation process releases great quantities, which escape and must be collected. But production continuation also requires extremely pure CO2. Instead of buying it externally, brewers increasingly rely on CO2 recycling installations. The fermentation carbon dioxide is treated and stored in very efficient systems, following very strict purity principles. Custom-made special CO2 GPN evaporators make it possible to re-use the CO2 treated for optimal performance, quality and hygiene.
