Extraction of Kr and Xe from multicomponent mixtures by freezing method.

Summary
The development of an alternative method of enriched krypton and xenon extraction from a poor mixture directly at the places of its obtaining using a standard freezer is shown. Its operation is based on a selective absorption of the valuable product if its partial pressure in the mixture is above the phase pressure transfer. The conditions of phase equilibrium in the device can be adjusted with the processed product content. It is achieved due to the pressure change of nitrogen boiling in the cryostat shell. Besides that, there is a possibility of the mixture pressure decrease in the freezer with the help of a vacuum pump.
