Extreme low charge units with ammonia blend R723 applications in practice.
Number: 0036
Author(s) : SVINGÁL J.
Summary
Refrigerant R723 is the way how to use all advantages of natural refrigerant NH3 in ranges where ammonia is not or hard to use. Chillers and heat pumps using refrigerant R723 enable to use extremely low charge of refrigerant, just 0.04 kg of refrigerant for one cooling kW. In this way, cooling devices and heat pumps can be operated more reliably and safely.
