Summary

AFCE, in collaboration with the French Ministry of Ecology, has published a popularization document on the F-Gas regulation for operators and owners of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment. This document reproduces the main requisites of the F-gas regulation in its latest version. The F-gas regulation (EU no. 51712014) has just been published and is applicable from January 1, 2015. The regulation strengthens the existing devices by adding a gradual phase down of the placing on the market of HFCS and the phase out of the placing on the market or use of certain fluids.
