Chinese translation of an article presented at the IIR meeting, held in Shanghai, China, 1997 (see IIR Bulletin, ref. 98-3124). The article presents an overview of selection criteria for air conditioning of the highrise building, describes design and performance of the fan-coil unit and proposes a four-pipe fan-coil unit system using microprocessor control units and remote controllers and with primary air for ventilating, pressurization and smoke control.
