Summary
A uniform fast calculation model for CO2 thermodynamic and transport properties in overcritical pressure region was proposed. The calculation stability and fast calculation speed for the properties of CO2 can be ensured due to its explicit expression and no need of iteration. With the source date from REFPROP7, the thermodynamic properties of CO2 were simulated in the range from the critical point to 22.2 MPa and from T(pc)-100 K to T(pc) and from T(pc) to T(pc)+200 K. The comparison result shows that the calculation speed of this fast calculation model is two to four orders faster than that of REFPROP7. Moreover, the total mean relative deviation and maximum relative deviation of all the fast calculation models is less than 0.5898 and 13.30% respectively.
