Feasibility of a thermoelectric device for CPU cooling.

Summary
The feasibility of applying a Peltier cooler to CPU cooling was studied experimentally. Test results show that CPU cooling using a Peltier cooler is suitable for CPU heat generation lower than 55 W according to the state of the art of heat sink technology.
