Summary

These proceedings contain 49 papers from the Aussois Conference, which brought together researchers and industrialists, and was organised by the Cryogenics and Superconductivity Commission of the AFF. Main themes presented: large accellerators, including the LHC (Large Hadron Collider) project of the CERN, France; fusion-research programmes, including the international project ITER; superconducting materials and structure materials; technologies linked to spacial and astrophysical applications, including very strong magnetic fields; superconductor applications; cryogenics. Some of the papers will be abstracted in a future issue of the Bulletin.
