Summary
The purpose of this invention is to seal an air circuit for the entry of new air and the extraction of stale air, particularly for the air-conditioning of railway cars. It is designed in particular to remedy the harmful effects of excess air pressure sent into the cars through the air circuits when the train enters a tunnel or passes another train.
