FOR COMPUTER ROOMS TWO TYPES OF AIR DISTRIBUTION PANELS WERE ELABORATED AND INSTALLED ON THE FLOOR (CAST ALUMINIUM AND DROP-FORGED STEEL PANELS). THE AUTHOR STUDIED THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FREE FLOW OF SUPPLY AIR ALONG THE FLOOR, CONSIDERING THE EFFECT OF GRAVITATION. FROM THE RESULTS HE ELABORATED A METHOD FOR DESIGNING THESE PANELS.
